چکیده

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role perceived organizational punishment in relationship between ethical values and cyberloafing. To end, correlational survey model was used. In study, data were collected from 784 teachers through random sampling. Data technique. questionnaire form includes demographic information form, scale, cyberloafing scale. obtained subjected descriptive statistical analysis, correlation structural equation modelling. found that have a significant, negative effect on positive punishment. Furthermore, determined no significant mediation
